OUT OF PRINT. AN ARCHIVE AS ARTISTIC CONCEPT

On basis of the section of printed matter of the Archive for Small Press & Communication, which Guy Schraenen run together with Anne Marsily, he organized numerous exhibitions and projects in many European venues on the different aspects of published art works (see A.S.P.C.).

The exhibition Out of Print. An Archive as Artistic Concept gave a representative and comprehensive overview of the printed matter by artists of this unique archive. It travelled to Bremen. Zürich, Porto, Barcelona, Paris, Ljubljana, Erlangen. On the occasion, a catalogue was published, entirely edited and designed by Guy Schraenen. Bremen: Museum Weserburg, 2001. 19 x 27  cm, 254 pages.
